The system is composed of four tightly integrated layers: a public-facing user application for candidates and clients, a comprehensive admin panel for managing the full recruitment pipeline, a Node.js and Express backend powering all business logic and AI integrations, and a Linux server infrastructure handling deployment, scaling, and reliability. Together, these layers form an end-to-end hiring automation platform that reduces time-to-hire and improves match quality through AI-driven candidate evaluation.

Architecting a platform with four distinct surfaces — user app, admin panel, REST API backend, and Linux server infrastructure — required careful separation of concerns while maintaining a cohesive data model and consistent user experience. Designing an intuitive UI with modern animations, integrating AI models into real-time recruitment flows, and ensuring secure, scalable server deployments all had to be solved simultaneously within an active development cycle.

How I Solved It
The platform was built with Next.js for both the user-facing app and admin panel, sharing a unified component library for consistency. The backend was developed with Node.js and Express, structured around RESTful APIs with clear domain boundaries. AI tools accelerated decision-making at every stage — from UI/UX research and prototyping to backend logic design and code review. The Linux server environment was configured for production-grade reliability, with systematic deployment workflows ensuring stable continuous delivery across all four platform surfaces.
